I can hardly believe that it has been one whole year since we started this blog!
In one year we have posted 184 times (including this post), we have received 36 comments (Yes, I counted them!). Who knows what the next year will bring!
I want to thank everyone who follows our blog and those who have commented! Comments are so nice to get! I apologize for the lack of posts here lately. I will try to post again soon!

Please Pray for my Family!

This weekend my family and I are going to go to my Great Great Aunt's funeral.
I would greatly appriciate it if you would...
Pray that we will have a safe trip since there has been flooding recently!
Pray that we will be able to be comforting to those who were closer to her than we were!
Pray that we will be able to share the Gospel with family!

Are You...

Like a Sunflower?
Sunflowers follow the Sun all day! Wherever the Sun goes, so does the sunflower. We should be like a sunflower and follow the Son of God! We need to follow the Son all day every day!

Are you...
Like the Moon?
The Moon reflects off of the Sun! The only reason the Moon can shine brightly is because of the Sun. We should be like the Moon and reflect the Son of God! We should fill the Earth with His light!

Independence Day!

Today is 234 years ago we declared independence from Great Britain. I would greatly encourage you to go read the Declaration of Independence! Today my family remembers the fallen troops and those who are still serving over seas! I want to say thank you to all of those who have made this country so great!
One of my favorite sayings is- "Freedom is not Free!" Which means someone had to give up their life so that we might live in freedom! Just like the soldiers who have dedicated their lives to keeping this nation free so Jesus has given His life so that we are free! Praise God!
Sorry this was a little late, our computer shut down! Hope ya'll had a great day!
In Christ Jesus,
P.S. If you are not from the United States of America I would love to know what day you celebrate your independence on and what you do and what country your country declared it from!
